Equiping leaders to plant five million dynamic churches to reach the world for Christ
As an adult new-believer, Cathy understands the critical importance of planting churches to reach people like her who had either little or no church background. Cathy is strongly convicted that new churches are the best at helping people find a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. By the time her home church was ready to plant daughter church #9, she was asked to join the church planting team as a staff member. Part of her preparation for God’s assignment included being introduced to DCPI’s church planting training curriculum. After serving on several church planting teams, DCPI encouraged her to join them in helping leaders all over the world plant churches that reach people for Jesus Christ. Cathy has served with DCPI for 24 years. Until this year, she served alongside her husband and the Founder of DCPI, Paul Becker. He is now with Jesus. Cathy continues to celebrate the Becker family God brought her into and DCPI. Their son, Brandon Becker, Paul’s birth son, serves with Cathy at DCPI. He and his beautiful wife, Jennifer, gifted them with two amazing grandchildren.
