The 2025 Serve Your City’s impact has set new records. Not only were local communities served in the United States but the church even pitched in around the globe. Look what happens when you became the hands and feet of Jesus!
North Coast has a long history of serving in the local community starting with the first Weekend of Service in 2007. About every 2 years, the church has designated a weekend where in-person services are cancelled and the church leaves the building to become the hands and feet of Jesus to the local community. Weekend of Service eventually evolved into Serve Your City.
Serve Your City is a church-wide, three-week serving campaign focused on serving our local communities in three different ways:
Giving, Serving, and Loving.

- Dumpsters: 41 40ft dumpsters! (Stacked end to end, that’s taller than the statue of liberty!)

PROJECTS AROUND THE WORLD
This year, North Coast Church’s Global Impact Partners completed projects in their local communities across the globe. Countries served were Mexico, Peru, Kenya, Uganda, Ecuador, South Africa, Ukraine, Costa Rice, Kyrgzstan, Uzbekistan, and Venezuela. Below are highlights of just a few of the amazing projects that took place around the world.
UGANDA
Over 1500 people from the local community worked to weed, prune care for 27,811 coffee trees. This will significantly help our Global Impact Partner, Kuwasha, as they launch a coffee enterprise in the local community.
UKRAINE
Our Global Impact Partner in Ukraine came alongside their local community and church members to restore the log cabin where they’d been worshipping and the church that is hosting the town’s only school. Crumbling walls were shored up, a room expansion added, a playground built, and a new roof is coming.
MEXICO
A team of North Coasters served alongside YUGO Ministries to build a family a brand new home.
KENYA
The local church that is supported by our Global Impact Partner Protecting Our Daughters hosted a neighborhood clean up day.
YOU DID IT!
WOW, we are amazed and so grateful for all that was accomplished. Serve Your City is a biannual event so we will be able to do this again though it is hard to imagine how we can top 2025!
